How the 60-day promise works
From the day your order ships, you have sixty days to decide whether HerBalance has earned its place on your bathroom shelf. If at any point in that window you feel it isn't working for you, email us and we'll refund your order in full.
This applies to your first order — the one where you're still figuring out whether this is going to be the thing. It applies whether you bought a single bottle or signed up for the monthly subscription.
What you need to send back
Nothing. Seriously. We don't ask you to package up a half-empty bottle and stand in line at the post office. The product is yours to keep, throw out, or pass to a friend who's been having the same week you have.
The only thing we need from you is an email letting us know it didn't work — and the order number you got in your confirmation. That's it.
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@herbalance.com with the subject line "60-day promise" and your order number in the body. You don't need to write us a paragraph. You don't need to justify it. A sentence is fine. A single line is fine.
We'll reply within two business days to confirm we've received it, and the refund will hit the original payment method within five to seven business days after that — sometimes faster, depending on your bank.
Subscription orders
If you're on the monthly plan, the 60-day promise covers your first bottle. After that, you can cancel any time from your account page or by replying to any of our emails — no phone calls, no hold music, no retention scripts. Future bottles won't ship and won't be charged.
Multiple bottles
If you ordered more than one bottle in your first order, the promise covers the full order. We're not going to nickel-and-dime you over which bottle you opened first.
What isn't covered
The 60-day promise applies to your first order with us. Repeat orders beyond that — say, your fourth or fifth bottle on subscription — aren't covered by the same blanket refund, because at that point we've earned the trust and you've earned the routine. That said, if something genuinely goes wrong, email us anyway. We'd rather hear about it than not.
Damaged or missing items in transit are always covered, regardless of when you ordered. Send us a photo of what arrived and we'll send a replacement.
